Bolivar initially released the Libertador exclusively in the Regional Editions for France in 2007, but because of its incredible popularity, they decided to re-release the Cuban cigar. It has been reintroduced with the same dimensions, but the tobacco blend is different. It is totally handmade and well demonstrates the distinctive Bolivar aroma and flavour, being both full bodied and distinctly aromatic.
