CUABA HISTORY

The Cuaba brand was first presented in London in 1996. Cuaba was the main new Cuban cigar brand to be brought into business creation starting around 1968. Historicaly, Cuaba is the Taino Indian word for the extraordinary Cuban hedge that was utilized on the island to light the "Cohiba" or "Tobacco". Every one of the four of the Cuaba vitolas are of the figurado (perfecto) shape: the Cuaba Exclusivos, the Cuaba Generosos, the Cuaba Tradicionales and the Cuaba Divinos. This Cuban cigar shape was extremely famous till the beginning of the twentieth century. Habanos S.A. chosen to resuscitate the British practice of smoking figurado cigars and therefor began divulging the Cuaba cigar brand in London, England. Habanos, S.A. has since once again introduced other notable Cuban cigar brands and cigar shapes.
