Once our privileged client successfully places an order, he or she will be bound to fully accept elaaftrading.ae all terms and conditions.

Shipping, Cancellation, Refund and Return Policies

Order(s) will only be shipped after successful payment. Order(s) will not be shipped if the payment transaction is unsuccessful. In case of International orders, shipping time and cost can vary depending upon the region of area to be shipped.

PLEASE NOTE:

Cigar House UAE is not responsible for any customs, tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT) and/or other fees imposed on overseas orders. These fees are CLIENT'S responsibility. If you refuse the shipment, any fees or additional shipping charges that we incur will be deducted from the refund. If you have any queries about additional customs, tariffs, or duties etc., please contact your local customs office prior to placing your order.

Cancellations

You can anytime cancel your order and we will refund you the full amount but Order(s) can not be cancelled once it is shipped.

Refund and Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can contact us within the next 7 days after receiving the product. We will proceed either with a reship of the product or refund. The package should be returned to the ELAAF's warehouse and the amount of re-shipment fee must be paid by the client in advance of reshipment
